Dutasteride and scalp problems?

Has anyone experienced small scabs on their scalp with Duta usage? I know shedding is supposed to happen, and that you continue usage until the hair growth cycle completes. But what about this scalp itch and scabbing? Any experiences or insights?

A VERY pure/natural "Arbonne" shampoo, and Nizoral twice weekly.

I discontinued usage, but the problem has persisted, plus the front is thinning. My reason for using it was to prevent hair loss when I start Test. I didn't have a problem at all. Now I do! So, I'm heading to the doc on Sat.
