I am just starting to be aware of my eating habits and I,ve come to the conclusion that you are what you eat is a real concept! My veggie intake is not to often and the meat intake is pretty huge, I drink about 3 litres of !% milk every day. I've got lots of strength and i've got a good build but I want to cut up and make every ounce of sweat worth it.
Any routines and diet ideas would be exelent!!
