    One-Arm Barbell Curl

I was reading an article by strength coach John Davies (Renegade Training). He described an exercise that I have not seen done in the gym before; a one-arm barbell curl. I tried this one myself and was pleasantly surprised. It gives you a very strong contraction in the biceps and forearm flexors. I believe this is due to having to stabilize the long barbell. It is performed like one-arm db curls. Just make sure to grasp the barbell in the middle. Let me know how you guys liked it.

I have seen this in some of my research done online but never in the gym itself. Seems like it would be good idea for variation to my usual workouts. Any pics or demonstartions of where exactly the bar should be in relation to your body? (SLightly off to the side, directly in front, on an angle, etc.)

I thought I might get some uncomfortable stares in the gym but most people came up to me and said that was a pretty cool alternative biceps exercise.

So I guess you will be doing this exercise on a daily basis or multi-times throughout the day.

I had to space it out or this site would block it out. Type it in the address bar and hit return.

I'll give you an example of it being blocked out.
