    Take milk thistle and phera plex at the same time?

    Should I take liver protectants like milk thistle with phera plex or split up when i take the two.

    i personally took liver protection pre, during, & post cycle. i made awesome gains so i don't think it hindered my goals at all.

    what he is asking is it okay to take the phera-plex and the milk thistle together at the same time or take them at different times.

    again...personally...i took SD/FinigenX/Prostan & Perfect Cycle @ least an hour apart

    i take mine like this, for example if i take my first dose of PP @ 8am ill take the milk thistle @ 12pm than my 2nd dose of pp @ 4pm so pp 8 hrs apart and the milk thistle right in the middle
