If you were doing a cutting cycle of

100mg var ed and 200mg prop EOD, which would do you feel would be more beneficial to you in a cycle...

100mg primo EOD or 200mg EQ EOD..( 10 weeks )

I think you are saying your doing the prop and var regardless and asking what is more effective, 100mg of primo EOD or 200mg of eq EOD. The eq without a doubt IMO, even though some would say 10 weeks is too short to run eq.
