Whats up guy i have been doing this routine for a few months now and looking to change it up. any suggestions.... 1 thing that doesnt work for me is chest/tri...... back/bi. my routine now goes like this...........
Sunday----chest and shoulders---5 sets of dips as a warm up
Monday--bi's and tri's--3 sets of dips as a warm up
Tues. ----back and legs---3 sets of pull ups as a warm up
Wed. ----chest and shoulders---5 sets of dips as a warm up
Thurs. bi's and tri's--3 sets of dips as a warm up
Fri.---back and legs---3 sets of pull ups as a warm up
Sat.----REST
i do abs and cardio everyday. cardio for 30 min
with the routine i do 3 exercised with 5 set of each for every body part.
i do this for 6 weeks and then for 2 weeks after i do this
Sunday----chest / shoulders/ tri's 5 sets of dips as a warm up
Monday--back/ legs/ bi's--3 sets of pull up as a warm up
Tues. ----45 min cardio Wed. ----chest and shoulders---5 sets of dips as a warm up
Thurs. back/ legs/ bi's--3 sets of pull up as a warm up
Fri.---45 min cardio
Sat.----REST
i do 2 exercises with 5 sets for each but i superset everything...
any suggestions for a new routine
