shit, im about 190 right now, trying to rip down a little for the ladies, I am weak as F*ckin water right now though. In my av. I think i was like 200, needless to say at 230 I was thick, strong as hell. I was hittin the Fina like a champ also!!!

whats your diet look like, seems like you dont have much trouble putting on size and not gaining much fat. You eat fairly clean, or dirty bulk?

diet is mainly protein and some carbs little fat too, believe me bro is not easy for me to put up muscle and not fat if i eat crapy i'll get fat

it helps me to keep that looks and thickness ,only been on trenb for a week now at 200mgs ed and other goody's
