I'm going to be taking scott's finest PureCEE and It says on the bottle to take 1 capsule per 40lbs of bodyweight before workout. So I'm 200lbs that would mean I would have to take 5 capsules before workout. The caps are 500mg each so that would mean I'm taking 2.5grams. My question is that enough? and I've read on here some guys even take it after working out and on days I don't workout should I still take it?
