    The side deadlift is one of those exercises that will give you a crushing grip. Not to mention exceptional forearm development. You forearms flexors will be struggling to keep that barbell parallel with the floor. Not a bad stabilizing workout for the obliques, as well.

    I've been looking around the web for exercises that are effective but not many people have done. Keep an eye out in this exercise technique section.

    The balancing of the barbell is difficult. The forearms will get a great workout. The obliques will also have great stability demands, as the weight will want to pull your trunk to the side.
