    Bulking, am I on teh rigth track

    Hey Guys
    Im 21,
    225 lbs
    6'4
    im currently on teh on off cycle by fizogen

    I wanna put on 15 pounds by april, is my diet looking like it help me reach my goals?


    I train days a week

    I plan on eatign like this for teh next 2 months

    Let me knwo what you guys think.

    We need to know calorie information aswell bro. Tuesday looks good. I would drop the banana from your pre-workout meal IMO. Is there dex is the PWO shake? I would join your last two meals together to have before bed.

    Wednesday & Thursday, i would have the same set up of meals after your workout as Tuesday.

    so just have one huge meal beofre bed, + my bed time shake
    (man I have to get up @ 4:00am everynight now to pee beacuse I have to take the 60 grams of whey in two cups or else its too sweet)
    Sucks

    There is no dex in my shake
    do I need it?
    what does dex do?

    dex is the best sugar for pwo. personally i do not use dex, nothing wrong with it though. i agree with matrix on the meals before bed, i would cut the whey shakes out and consume one with anpb during the night when you get up to use the restroom.

    your whey is going to be digested super rapidly while you sleep. i would just eat a big pro/fat meal (cottage cheese and almonds) or my favorite NATTY PB! because it is going to have to last all night.
    and i have a banana pre workout while bulking and i feel good (i also have a meal about 45 mins before my workouts).
    I also isolate my carbs around my workouts. i eat carbs before my workouts PWO and PPWO and all the rest of my meals are pro/fat. somedays i will eat pro/fat before workouts, but thats if im feeling bloat. i hate working out bloated.
