Is this a good pre workout meal to have?

Is this a good pre workout meal to have? I will be eating it about 1-1.5 hours before I start my weight lifting workout. I will be eating 4 things in my pre workout meal.

    (1) 8 oz. chicken breast grilled with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray, chicken spices, salt, pepper, with 2 tbsp. of salsa on my George Foreman grill.

    (2) 2 cups of brown rice or 1 baked sweet potato with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray and Splenda brown sugar topped on it.

    (3) Brocolli, green beans, asparagus, chopped spinach, or 1 cup of black beans.

    (4) 1 apple

How does it look? Would I be better off having the apple for breakfast instead of pre workout? Also, what is the healthiest kind of apple to eat? Fuji, Mcintosh, Green apple, etc?

I never eat a solid meal right before working out. I usually have a protein shake. I eat my solid meal 3 hours before.

Are you bulking/cutting? The meal itself looks okay, just try it and see if it works for you. I have found that a pro/fat meal about and hour before my workout is best suited for me. I tried both and like the pro/fat better.

Basically I'm neither cutting or bulking. Just trying to maintain I guess.

Anyway, is it wise to eat an apple with this pre workout meal or should I have the apple at breakfast?

If I was gonna have 1 apple a day, when would be the best time to have it? Pre workout?

I don't have an opinion where the apple should be placed. I would guess that it doesn't matter.

Pre-workout i like to have egg whites and 1 cup of oats if am on a bulk. Otherwise egg whites and green veggies.
