Today instead of my oatmeal, or whole wheat bread I ate Chex Cereal made by Quaker as my carb source. I didn't use any milk, just water and I enjoyed every second of it. Theres not too much sugar in it i believe 4 or 5 grams, would this be alright to have as my carb source for a while? As usual I'm not trying to gain that much fat on my diet.
