Does anybody know about the different digestive traits of vitamins c,e, calcium etc... For instance I have always been under the impression that vitamin c interferes with calcium absorption(or vice versa), which confuses me when I see oj with calcium. I also read that 10% of calcium ingested is absorbed, the rest is waste.? Does anybody have any info like this, or know if the above is false? Basically any info regarding vitamins/minerals and their absorption properties would be cool. Mainly interested in the B/C/E vits and the basic minerals in multis.
