    upper body lower body split?

    Does anyone do their entire upper body one day and lower body the next. if so, what all do you do?

    seems like too much work for a whole upper body workout in one day never heard of too many people doing that doing chest,back,bis,tri,shoulders all in one day? i wouldnt jmo though

    i've seen trainers at my gym put people who have never worked out before on an upper/lower split routine. they keep the number of total exercises and reps low so no one hurts themselves or overtrains. then, when they have a little more gym time under their belts, they put them on more difficult routines, like maybe pecs/tris one day, shoulders/legs the next day, back, biceps the next and so on.....
