ive been on a cutting phase for the past month and 10 days too. so there down about 2 inches.and im down 20 lbs (body weight). I feel like a freaking girl.

29.5 now 31.5 mid december have you guys noticed that big of losses on cutting phases i must have been holding alot of water or carbs (glycogen) which are interrelated.
I'd much rather be on a gaining phase but the money and being tired all the time b/c your eating so much were killing me. but loosing 2 inches on my legs thats just refreakinggoshdarndickulous and a 1/2 inch on my arms! my chest and traps though i train them hard have always lagged and i havent even measured them yet im sure theyve lost alot too.
and when it comes to squating alot isnt just size but natural ability. I knowq alot of guys who have smaller arms then me but can bench much more then I can. My bench is pathetic probably due in part to my right rotator cuff tear in football but whatever on a good day ill put up 245 10 times and thats a good day. i dont even max any more b/c it seems the heavier i go the more it kills my shoulder. same with squats if you got bad knees youll notice a huge lag. one time i had tendonitis in my knees and i droped from repping 455 to 405 and explosivness was gone.
Sorry guy, you look thick in the legs and all but 405 is a long way from the 800 I have been reading about. Its like those guys who look you right in the eye at the gym and tell you they weigh 235 and they are 5'9 and look no more then 180. If you were doing that kind of weight when you were younger and still developing you, would be even stronger now.

Well before I came to know Christ as I do now I had asix month jail sentence so I was out for long time the jail had no weights. Your right though my natural strength did go up and I think that when you dont squat for that long and can jump right back in and do 405 12 times it says alot for my natural ability. but when I was training I never missed a leg work out for over 2 years strait so on top of the natural ability I could do 500 for 10 raw no belt no wraps and 600 for 8 with belt and wraps. take it or leave it I cant do that right now I'm not near what I once was I could probably only do 520 for 10 with wraps and belt seeing as how right now ill hit 450 for 10 first set and 500 for 6 then 450 again for 8 all raw.(no belt or Wraps)
I think he can put up some good weight, I mean his legs look short and think. He doesnt seem to have to go down to far, he looks built for squating. Hey bro if you can, put up a mid/lower back pic. If your lower back is solid, with those legs I say you can put up some good weight.

My legs are small. I have been working at them and got my squatting up from 225 to 345 in a few months, and my legs don't look too much differant. The problem with legs as I have become aware is that folks are too lazy to work them regularly. Then they refuse to believe what others have accomplished.
