    Knees together?

Squatted today and went back to my traditional powerlifting routine of 9 sets of 3 reps, descending 10lbs every 3 sets. However on usually the last rep of every set when im feeling it, on the accention of the squat out of the hole my knees seem to come closer together wile im pushing. Just wondering is this a sign of bad form or what?

Yes, that is bad form....that will put a lot of strain on your hipflexor and could possibly cause injury

Lower the weight and concentrate more on form as you slowly increase it back up. Just keep your mind on pushing your knees outward when you squat the weight up. THis will also help develope a better outer sweep on the quads.

You want to visualize pushing your knees out and "spreading the floor" with your feet. This will really help.
