I put on 12lbs myself and my bodyfat is still around 5-6% love the stuff....came off with max lmg and used novedex by gaspari for PCT and Im still holding strong.

when i was @ 215 i ran 30mg for 4 weeks you could start at 30 and after about 2 weeks if your not seeing anything goto 40mg a day

nah bro , by changing my training and diet some pro-hormones here and there
ive been happy with my gains , i know ill never compete so theres no reason to get super HUGE.
