    Diuretic and Diet

Diuretics take the water out of your system making you more ripped correct?
I heard it takes out all of the potassium in your system? What needs to be added to a diet when on a diuretic? Water intake higher or what?

a diuretic wont help you lose fat if that is what you mean. It will only remove water and make you look more ripped. But fat ammount stays the same.

Only take a diuretic if you are competing. They are straining on the body especialy kidneys.

Some are potassium depleting, some are not. Taking potassium with a potassium sparing diuretic can be lethal.

Right, thats what I stated above. Make you more ripped. How do I know if it is a potassium draining one? Does not say on it. Also How do I know how much of the potassium to take. Ive heard many cases of people getting killed by not taking the rights amount of potassium.
