OK after using more than a few calorie calculators I guess i need about 4800 cals just to maintain my weight. Is this possible?? It seems rediculous to me? I am 6'4" 210. If this is true then it could be why I am having trouble putting on weight. I am eating about 3500-4000 kcals a day. I have a full time job that requires me to be walking around at a brisk pace all day and pick up and carry heavy boxes. On top of that I lift three days a week for about an hour and a half and take karate three days for an hour and a half. Right now I am eating about 200-300 grams of protein day with moderate carbs and fat. If I want to gain weight I guess I will have to eat about 5300 cals a day? How do I go about this? Should I up the protein or carbs or fat or all of them?
