Thread: few pics of me

    few pics of me

    heres a few pics. 5'11" 195 pounds. started lifting when i was 112 pound wrestler as a freshman in high school. but didn't know what i was doing until the strength coach for wrestling in college showed me how to lift properly. any comments or constructive criticism is welcome..... i think i need to work on my biceps and forearms mostly. ill get some up of my legs sometime too.

    4 days a week usually, sometimes 5. i never lift longer than 45 minutes.

    I posted on another board about your proposed upcoming cycle. Kinda asking why you take such short breaks and are proposing the high doses?

    thanks, i work them hard once a week. usually barbell shrugs 15 reps with 405lbs.

    i guess i figured the less "off" time the bigger i would get. and i honestly didn't know 900mg of test a week was that high of a dose. i had never taken 900mg a week.... ive done as high as 750 a week but was planning on 900 for my next cycle. i thought about what you said and i think im going to take a good 19 week break from steroids. and ill just stick with 750mg a week of test.

    Surviving the off time, is more mental than anything. When you go do your workout it's natural to feel like you have lost an edge and get down on working out or keeping up with your diet. Just work through it. You have done very well. I think the longer break will help you have a better result in the long run. That other cycle you posted was 1300mg per week total. I think you could do 600 test 500 eq or save for that tren you wanted to try and see great results at 1100mg per week. Try a new compound with the test to see how your body likes it.

    If you do try tren for the first time, esp if you don't use tren a, start with a low dose of tren e (tren a would be better for testing your tolerance to sides with tren) like 300mg per week. You gotta give tren e the same time as teste to kick in. If no bad sides then you can up it. Tren a much easier to test your tolerance since it is fast acting.

    sp9: i am definitely going to take more time offf from now on.... and by the time im ready to get back on (19 weeks) i will have some tren and be ready to go.

    my goals are just to get down to under 6% bodyfat again and stay there. i am also going to try my first powerlifting meet.
