Most of the people on here wont just make a plan for you, you have to put some type of structured plan up for us to critique. We will help you from there. Put something up.
i was thinking...
mon: chest,tri's
tues: back, bi's
wed: rest
thurs: shoulders, traps
fri: legs
sat: rest
sun: rest
but i dont know if its good training chest,tri's followed by back,bi's the next day
i would say that's good. do you deadlift on back days?
no i dont do deadlifts
do u guys think i should swap it so shoulders are on tuesdays?
im thinking it might be better to give the arms a rest ie.. doing tri's followed by bi's the next day
Perfect in my book, thats exactly what I do !!! Dont do shoulders on Tuesday, because if you do your chest properly they will be wrecked as well and they wont have recovered by TuesdayOriginally Posted by BigIsBest
