I usually dont have too many questions but here goes one. Seems like preparing for my last show my upper body was well ahead of my lower body in terms of definition and clearly seeing muscle seperation. However, I was still down around 5% bodyfat. I was training legs pretty hard, especially lunges and leg extensions. I did the usual everybody does, stopped leg training 2 weeks out, but the legs just werent in as much as they needed to be to match the upper body. So I began wondering if all the crazy leg extensions(often 40 reps/set for 4 sets) and lunges almost shocked my muscles so bad they refused to change, or maybe caused them to hold incredible amounts of intermuscular water. Now, its the off season, I'm almost 35 lbs heavier than last show, and my ****ing legs look almost better than they did showtime. Anybody else ever experience this when dieting down??
