If done correctly, Im on test and EQ right now and up 20+ pounds in 9 weeks

yes but you also need to eat 4000+ calories a day, sleep 8+ hours a night, keep your a$$ in the gym 6 days a week, take your basic suplements, eat clean
im only train 5 days a wk. its the start of the 2nd wk when will i notice?
