I am seeing too many posts about "I just take dbol on workout days" or "How much time before my workout sould I take abombs?".
This is an extremely stupid way to use AASs. AAS blood levels need to remain very constant, not all the peaks and troughs associated with taking on workout days only. They slowly increase strength and mass over time. If you are just after something to get immediate strength boosts for workout days then you should look into amphetamines, not AASs.
