Scar Tissue...what a B1tch

So ya, my Sister is an EMT/Nurse and she does my injections for me. Which was kind of weird, but we are close so she is okay with it. She has been doing them in my legs, and now after a month the scar tissue has emerged. She just did one and you could hear it pop and hurt pretty bad, but it worked. I mean as long as it's on the side of my quad/leg and i can feel the muscle, would it be okay to inject there?

I wld switch up my injection sites.... I have had the old snap, crackle, and pop of scar tissue before, and besides sounding kinda sick there was no pain.... but y keep shooting the same spot? Delts are cake... and if u have someone doing your shots glutes shld be easy as well....

i got scar tissue build up in my glutes, the sound/consistency remind me of rubber. I notice when i inject into the scar tissue oils tends to leak out of the inject site after removing the pin. I've been trying to stab a different point on my quads lately to try and avoid the tissue build up.

I have gotten some scar tissue in the ass to. Some of the oil leaks back out when I inject, not a good thing...

It doesnt completely go away, but it clears up quite a bit. Years ago, i only shot quads because i was stupid and didnt know any better. As you can imagine, in the end it was like shooting into a tennis ball. Its not that way now.

It will heal - but you have to stop the slaughter of injections. Time to rotate to another muscle belly... especially if it is getting difficult to penetrate the muscle...

No only the muscle in a 3 1/2 inch diameter will grow. So you have to poke yourself every 3 1/2 inches of your entire body to get the full benefit.
