You shouldn't really have to hit the traps directly. If you are doing heavy compounds suchs as deads, and m-press etc the traps will get enough work.Originally Posted by BigIsBest

I think that refers to a type of bar that you can use to do shrugs. It's like a straight bar but with a dip in the center to make doing shrugs easier but i could be off on this.Originally Posted by BigIsBest

Me personally I do as I said 3-4 sets of B/B shrugs before or after back day.
