Tribulis dosing??

Hey!
Ive got some Tribulis from "Met-Rx" now.
Each capsule is 250mgs.
The label says max dose is 3 caps daily!
(Do not exeed stated dose.)
But thats only 750mgs daily!
The question is: Can I take more??

But it says that it contains a minimum of 40% "steroidal saponins"!

ingredients are:
-tribulis terrestris
-rice powder
-hydroxypropyl methylcellulose
-anti-caking agents
-magnesium stearate
-silicon dioxide
