My upper body is quite cut already (visible 6-pack), but legs seem to have problems with losing fat and getting the muscle visible, so I decided to run ECA stack like this:
Day 1 (Legs)
45 minutes before workout 50mg ephedrine, 200mg caffeine, 325mg aspirine
Day 2 (Delts, Biceps)
45 minutes before workout 200mg caffeine
Day 3 (Cardio for 60 mins)
45 minutes before running 50mg ephedrine, 200mg caffeine, 325mg aspirine
Day 4 (Back)
45 minutes before workout 200mg caffeine
Day 5 (Chest, triceps)
45 minutes before workout 200mg caffeine
Day 6: Repeat
Would it be useful for targeting fat burn at the legs the most? Or is it much better to use 50mg E, 200mg C and 325mg A every day? I would use the every-day option but I want to keep muscle loss for upper body during the cycle as low as possible. Besides, upper body is already quite cut anyways.
Some information about me.. 85kg (190lbs) at 12% BF. 181cm (5'11) tall.
