    Check out my pic! Need help before spring break!!

    Hey guys, Im new and attatched my pic. I got spring break in mexico in 4 weeks. Im just looking to rip up a lil more. I know I cant make a huge difference but I heard carb cycling makes dramatic results. Any opinions on what I can do to cut up as fast as possible. Also, I know I should be bulking (I will be doing a test e cycle in the summer) but right now I want those abs in Mexico!! Also, about what %bf do I look like? Thanx

    bro you look great! you're gonna kill the ladies on the beach being that lean...i wouldn't worry too much, but there are some good bros on here that will help you out

    yea, i know, i just was wondering about the carb cycling. Also, I am very nervous about morning cardio because I want to keep the little muscle I have!

    Agree, how can you expect an honest critique if you don't even post your dietary approach? Did you not read the stickie by Johan? You need to post your stats...a picture is good but we need more.

    I am anxious to see your diet...post it.

    My stats are:
    21 years old
    5' 11"
    178 lbs

    Diet consists of:
    Lean Protein
    Low glycemic carbs except for pwo which is 60grams dextrose 5grms creatine and 50grms whey protein.
    6 meals a day. Last two meals contain no carbs. Supps- lipo-6, creatine, flax oil, multi. I know this is a little vague but I consume protein and carbs like oats and brown rice at meals. Doing cardio about 3-4 days week. Not on empty stomach.

    i would try 1 or 2 days of morning cardio. so you could do 2 days of a.m. and 2 days of p.m. cardio. i am assuming your doing plenty of crunches, i would do a variety of ab workouts during the week. all in all your pretty lean and it won't take long for your abs to come out as long as your not eating crap food. they also have a couple over the counter diuretics that are pretty good. you could try that 2 or 3 days b4 you leave.
