I got this friend that I have known forever, since like 4th grade. Anyway we have always lifted together and motivated each other in the gym. About 10th grade we started goin in different directions as far as what we wanted physically. He wanted to be a power lifter, and I wanted more of the body builder body. Anyway as it turns out he started juicing like crazy, started about age 17, and now he is 20 and is a power lifter. Anyway enough bullshit look at this kids diet, by the way, he is fairly lean. probably bout 11-12 bf, pretty vascular, see some kinda abbs formed. He is about 5'11 225-230 This is funny
