    funny ass POWER diet

    I got this friend that I have known forever, since like 4th grade. Anyway we have always lifted together and motivated each other in the gym. About 10th grade we started goin in different directions as far as what we wanted physically. He wanted to be a power lifter, and I wanted more of the body builder body. Anyway as it turns out he started juicing like crazy, started about age 17, and now he is 20 and is a power lifter. Anyway enough bullshit look at this kids diet, by the way, he is fairly lean. probably bout 11-12 bf, pretty vascular, see some kinda abbs formed. He is about 5'11 225-230 This is funny

    meal 1 8:00 am
    2 cups oats with brown sugar and cinnamin
    3 slices whole wheat toast with low sugar jam
    1 fat free yogart
    12 oz. lean cut steak or lean hamburger

    meal 2 11:00 am
    2 large sweet potatos w/brown sugar and low fat butter
    1 cup rice
    12 oz. grilled chicken

    meal 3 2:00 pm
    10 oz lean beef w/hamburger bun and fat free cheese
    2 scoops whey with skim milk
    2 fat free yogarts

    meal 4 5:00 pm pre work out
    12 oz chicken breast with barbecue sauce
    brocolli

    75 mg tren every day
    50 mg winstrol every day
    300 mg deca weekly
    500 mg sust weekly


    meal 5 7:00 pm post work out
    2 bowls frosted flakes with skim milk
    2 scoops whey with milk

    meal 6 9:00 pm
    8 oz steak
    green vege
    2 pb sandwiches on whole wheat bread

    Tell me how this bastard stays somewhat lean, He doesnt even do cardio. I HATE him. He also cheats once a week. I thought this would amuse everyone.

    yeah I know, I would gain like an average of probably 10 lbs a week on that diet, only a lot of it would be water and fat, oh well. Guess when genectics and juice are present it makes it a tad bit easier to eat like that

    A very quick natural metabolism, being young, and using gear.

    Once he stops the gear, having no real "natural" base having started AAS at 17, he'll deflate soon there-after and fat gain will become far easier.

    i would be lean if i ate like that too
    probably real lean but i like to gorge on stupid greasy fast foods and LOTS OF BEEF...

    I hear that, I could probably eat 5 lbs of hamburger meat if I wanted to in one sitting, with fries and greesy cheese!!!!
