bet my spelling is off on the e, anyways I have some lipodrene with ephredra and I was wondering if running clen at the same time is an ok idea, or an absolutly terrible one, I was to shed some lbs before spring break

Doesnt everybody.. I wouldn't run both at the same time, theyre both stimulants, clen being the much stronger one. One or the other.
Just go with the clen and forget about the ephedrine. The "accepted" idea about running clen and ephedrine together is that it is bad and can lead to overstimulation of the heart. Since clen is already harsh on the heart, I find this to be very likely.
Clen is tough but I know people who run clen and DNP at the same time ... crazy. They are still alive and have good results to show from it, just be smart.
The latter. It's absolutely a terrible one. The reason is this, uptake for both products occurs at the receptor level. Clen at the beta-2 and Eph indiscriminately throughout all receptors. Here’s the catch, they all prefer Ephedra and will absorb it first, thus Clen absorption is drastically reduced to about 1/3, which equates to wasted Clen. Would you purchase your Clen and then dump 2/3 of it in the trash? Not likely, so why settle for a 1/3 absorption rate?Originally Posted by aaronswt84
Some people elect to run them intermittently within the same cycle. For example they’ll do 1wk of Clen, then 1wk of Eph, 2wks of each, etc. This is also a bad idea, though many will argue for it. The reason being, Clen’s effectiveness is cumulative not additive. Though even a single dose will work for you (which is the bulk of the aforementioned argument), its’ optimal results are synergistic and occur throughout the Clen cycle. This is further evidenced by its’ mild anabolic effect at week six. In addition, since Clen alone is similar to Clen+excercise for those first 2 weeks...why would you ever use a 2on/2off protocol? When you continuously cease Clen uptake, in general or substituting the less powerful Ephedra, you are constantly interrupting and thus losing this cumulative effect.
If you wanted to run both, a far better choice would be to do so in alternating cycles. This would even have the additional benefit of completely upgrading/refreshing your receptors (except for the b2) for more productive Ephedra absorption.
