I became a member yesterday and I found this site to be very insightful. Although, I still have some questions,
1. I was wanting to start clen to burn off fat. With that said. I am in the military and we do a lot of cardio. My understanding is clen increases your heart rate is this safe to take while running?
2. How intense should my gym sessions be after starting clen?
3. can you still take clen with other fat burners like hydroxy cut?
My goal is to get my bmi atleast in the teens. So with clen what type of diet should I start and under favorable conditions how quickly can one shed body fat.
I hope that these are reasonable questions, and I hope someone can point me in the right direction.
