    biceps

    well guys I know everyone knows how to work biceps. I do three exercises. Alaways including barbell curls, and concentration curls. I alternate beetween sitting incline curls which i love and standing dumbell but lately they dont get really sore the day after. I take this as a good sign when muscles are sore as i have worked them well. With every other body part this happens. Lately ive been finishing off with light wieght high rep hammer curls but still nothing. Any sugestions? Im on cycle again now started yesterday anadrol/sust

    As long as you are performing more work in your workout, in comparison to your last, don't worry about the soreness. If you have performed more reps, sets, lbs. lifted, or etc., then you have done more work. This is the key to progress. If you really enjoy being sore, try this:

    Weighted, Supinated-Grip Pull-Ups
    Preacher Barbell Curls
    Incline DB Curls

    i recommended this just the other day...
    do your nowmal routine but make 1 rep a half way up all the way up motion.
    so on a concentration curl, go half way up then all the way up and that's one rep. really torches the hell out of my bi's...

    I was recomended a similar thing nova. I think i will try that on the last set thanks
