well guys I know everyone knows how to work biceps. I do three exercises. Alaways including barbell curls, and concentration curls. I alternate beetween sitting incline curls which i love and standing dumbell but lately they dont get really sore the day after. I take this as a good sign when muscles are sore as i have worked them well. With every other body part this happens. Lately ive been finishing off with light wieght high rep hammer curls but still nothing. Any sugestions? Im on cycle again now started yesterday anadrol/sust
