frontloading my test and deca

I am currently beginning my 3rd cycle... first cycle was supertest 250 250 mg a week... then test prop and npp for 9 weeks was my second cycle prop at 500mg a week and npp at 400. I am starting my 3rd cycle of test e and deca i am running 750mg of test and 600mg of deca a week. Now i want to frontload it does that mean i would have to do 1500mg of test and 1200 mg of deca all in one day(seems a little much to me lol) or just spread it throughout the week. thank

Frontloading is done to speed up the time the acitve compounds your injecting take to peak. Double the dosage is usually done in the first week. Some belive in it, others dont. I'd rather kcistart with a faster acting compound, like Tbol, Dbol, Anadrol, Test Susp or Test Prop.

Double the dose is taken in the first week, split evenly. Not the first day.

I would keep the dosages constant and run another compound along with it as swifto suggested.
