I'm 6'1" 245 approx 18% BF give or take. Body fat is dropping steadily and I'd like to keep it that way (I was 275 lbs 29% BF 6 months ago). My main goal is to gain definition and a little lean mass. If you've ever watched K1 Kickboxing, and seen Michael McDonald fight, that is my goal. He's shredded.
Someone suggested adding Prop. I don; want a complicated cycle, and I already have Letro on hand.
