Since I'm new to the whole thing, sum1 gave the suggestion that I try ECA/ Y stack. But I have no clue what that is. Can sum1 plz explain wat it is and wat it does? Thanks

y is yohimbe or yohimbine. also used to burn fat and increase energy/sex drive.
