Sounds like you want to add mass but end the cycle with a hard lean look. I'd say a regular 12 week bulking cycle and end it w/ some winny and a GOOD diet (w/ plenty of cardio in your workout). Just watch the diet, low on fat, and get plenty of protien. Kickstart the cycle w/ any number of things. I'd say prop for what you are looking for.
