Hey Im on a 6 week diet plan for Spring break, here are my supplements...first what I am on now, and 2nd what Im thinking of adding...

Im On Now:

1.Lipo 6

2. Fish Oil

3. CLA

4.Glutamine

5.Liquid Creatine Monohdrate

6. Green Tea Extract

7. Amino 1,000

Also. Taking in about 2-3 sugar 3 rebulls a day...


Im thinking of Adding:

1. Nox-Cg3 from xyenice, is it worth it, or another type of NO product

2. Another sort of Thermogenic

3. Caffiene

Also thinking of stopping Creatine 2 weeks out...

Goals to drop some weight, and have the abs nice and visiable...Any other suggestions for supplementation would be great...
