Every time I do squats, I get a really tight lower back. It usually goes away a few hours after my workout. I did squats Saturday and it still is bothering me three days later. Really sore!!! Am I squating wrong?

Sounds like you might be leaning over too much. Try and keep your head looking up, this should help align your back. You might also want to do some light exercises to warm up your back before squating.

Just a question, but are you using a weight belt? I had a similar problem too, and then got a new weight belt. It made a world of difference.![]()
