Need some help started my mass building cycle exactly two weeks ago my workout routine am using is
Mon-chest tri
Tues-back-bi
Wens-shoulders legs
Thur-chest tri
Fri-back bi
Sat-shoulders legs
But I feel that the workout is two long I don’t know if I should do one body part
A day but since am doing gear I recover faster I was going to switch to one body part
A day once I was off since my muscle will need more recovery time
My question is does any one know a good mass building routine
You don’t have to give me specific exercises just the body parts and for what
Day.
