    Anti-Catabolics...

    Is there any other Anti-Catabolics which can be taken in PCT apart from clen?

    Food in all honesty is the best anti-catabolic.. I know ur askin about supplements but food

    great point...plenty of protein, vitamins, glutamine, etc

    I have found that if I continue to eat at the same level I did while on, I will surely get fat around the middle...If I cut down the calories, catabolism takes place. It really sucks. The best you can do it eat clean, but eat over maintanance, and just work on cutting later.

    lr3 is great in pct. its anabolic,won't interfere with pct and gives you room to eat more and still lose some BF% plus it shutles nutrients to your muscles pwo.

    I ran LR3 with my last PCT and liked it, just not quite sure what exactly it is they put in those vials. Without knowing exactly what you are subjecting your body too is kinda scary.
