Hi everyone. I did my first cycle when I was 21. It consisted of Sus 250 2x/week for ten weeks and then deca only for 10 wks @400 mgs week (Iwas stupid, please no deca only comments). I did no pct or anything and then quit working out. Needless to say I lost everything and got fat. Now I have been in the gym consistently for three years, eating right and put on good quality muscle. About to start a new cycle as soon as I cut. Maybe in 1 1/2 months. My question is: Should I just do a 12 week cycle of Test E@500/week or add some deca @400 for 10 wks. This is technically my third cycle but due to my previous stupidity I think my receptors are fresh and do not want to have to do more than I need. I will save it for later.
Oh, I also have the proper pct this time.
