Hello all.
Quick question here. I'm trying to cut, and i'm working on my diet with macros and i'm a little confused. I've read different things different places.
I am 18 years old, male, 200 pounds, 6 feet tall. I used the harris benedict forumla and got that i should be intaking 3010 calories, with 376g pro, 117g efa, 113g carbs.
How's that look?
Cause i was told by someone else who used another forumla (i believe) who said i should be going:
2000 calories with 240g protein, 110g carbs, 60g fat.
This is quite a difference, so, i'm confused, HELP!
