    come back cycle

    wats up im 20 185 but i just got back to the gym after broken arm its been about 2 months of lifting and i was out for 4 wat would be a good cycle to come back with ive got test 250 and many dbols wat you think?

    i think you should concentrate on gettin some gym time back under your belt before you even think about starting any gear imo!

    true! well said booz but i would go with 500mgs/wk 1-12 Test if i was gonna do it.

    i agree with booz. Take your time getting back into the gym.

    booz is right, be easy and get some gym time back under your belt. Give your muscles some time to get back into things and your body primed w/ the right nutrition and training, esp. considering you had a broken arm.
