i think you should concentrate on gettin some gym time back under your belt before you even think about starting any gear imo!
true! well said booz but i would go with 500mgs/wk 1-12 Test if i was gonna do it.
i agree with booz. Take your time getting back into the gym.
booz is right, be easy and get some gym time back under your belt. Give your muscles some time to get back into things and your body primed w/ the right nutrition and training, esp. considering you had a broken arm.
