Thread: Im sick and tired of not getting good results!

    Angry Im sick and tired of not getting good results!

    Im getting sick and tired of busting my ass in the gym day after day and not seeing great results. I know im only 19, but if I have my diet and training are good why cant I just start my 1st cycle? I know if my test levels are threw the roof at my age, but wont roids just give me that extra boost? The only factor is that I weigh 265 and I dont wanna waste my money on the stuff and it dosent work. If I had my mind set on a using juice what should I start off with? What changes would I see by June?Thanks alot guys

    be patient bro.....the world is yours at 265....when i was 19, i weighed 170......at least give me 21, then i will design a cycle for you bro.....stay natty and chill for now, you dont want to hear this, but it will pay off.......bb'n is a marathon, not a sprint(johnnyb)

    Whats your body fat? 265 is rather large marge

    How tall are you, ?

    275 is very heavy for a 19 year old which I assume you're 6-1 to 6-6 at 25-26% bodyfat which would put you at 200pounds lean body mass.

    You need to slim down to at least 15%bodyfat before you consider juicing.

    Or your BP = dangerously high weighing so much

    first of all .. how tall are you and what is your body fat .. you can be 265 at 7 foot and look skinny .. get it ?

    If you are willing to close up your growth plates then go for the juice . i think thats the Main concern with people start juice at that age . i am 20 years old and i have done cycles . but thats only because i stoped growing at 17 and im fine with my height .

    As far as not seeing any gains , you might think you're doing everything right but your not .. the whole point is shocking your body .. you can do all the right excersise and diet but if your body is used to the same ol' routine yur not ganna get squat out of it .

    Another factor is REST .. yes everyone should take a few weeks off from the gym once in a while .. just to recooperate your body and have it heal up , and belive me your body grows in spurts .. after you get all that good rest one week at the gym after rest will blow you up .

    try it .. and maybe you'll thank me ;P

    Hell - At your age, and I am the same height (6'4") I was lucky if I was 155lbs. Even though my metabolism was out of site and I worked out, I am sooo glad I did not start using drugs at 19 ,and waited until I put on a lean 60 lbs naturally over 13 years (while praying my metabolism would slow down) before I even tried a steroid.

    id say the ideal first cycle would be 300 mgs a week of test enanthate, and 300 mgs a week of equi for 12 weeks. that stack would make you gain at least 20 pounds, probably closer to 30, and the gains would be easy to keep cause you ran equi.

    And then about a cycle on this thread

    I suggest you go back and read the posts on these threads, adjust your diet first so that you lose the weight...then do what is known as a "clean bulk" for at least six months and see where you stand.

    The people on this board will help with all the info you can digest - but you have to know where you want to go and be willing to take the time and do the work.

    some guy told me to do a cycle of winstrol and eq that would really cut me up

    the only thing missing from that stack is test, preferably test prop. btw, that with a proper lean bulk diet would definately get you shredded up and rock hard.

    Forget that for now.... U definetley don't need to start messing with gear at your age if what u want to do is cut up.... Diet and Cardio............

    I thought when I read the title of this thread that you werent gaining size and strength but uve hit the nail on the head..............you wanna loose weight. So your saying your busting your ass in the gym and your not loosing bodyfat? Im not sure what your goals are. Could you enlighten us a bit more........
