MY HAT SIZE IS 7 1/2 just to give you an idea of how huge my melon is
MY BULKING CYCLE IS OVER
235lbs
MORE POUNDS ARE NEEDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
LAST ONE
THANK GOD![]()
nice lat spread. are you going to continue bulking or are you going to cut down?
Since the bulking has been going so good, I plan to bulk until JAnuary 2003, and then start cutting for a contest in mid April.
I think if my waist wasn't 34", I would look a bit bigger???
looking killer bro good job
Thanks fellas for the good feedback.
I will keep posting as I get bogger. Then I will lean down in 8 months, I will post more.
lookin nice and thick
A QUICK BICEP POSE...
IT IS HARD OT SEE BECAUSE I AM SOOOOOOOOOOOO WHITE
yeah you're friggin big. Keep bulking, it's more fun... Great gains from the past pics though bro. Impressed
Thanks BRONCO JOSH
HELL I am so white, you can see my veins through my skin.![]()
I have the same whiteness issue. Tanning is a must, plus it makes you look bigger, which is always a good thing.
Right now I am 6'0" and 230lbs...on a good day usually I am 227
biceps pumped 19 1/4
Not to sure what the rest of my stats are, I will measure them the next few days and let everyone know.
HOw do these compare to the last ones???
just curious???
You're looking fantastic bro! Keep up the good work!!!!!!!![]()
You look good, but you need to work your Traps abit...they are a large part of the back pose......
Traps look decent to me. Look at pic#2. If he was leaner they would stand out much more but it's obvious that he works his traps. I'm also a firm believer that traps (like calves and biceps) have a lot to do with genetics. Sure hard work makes them grow but for some it is much easier than others.Originally posted by SmallWonder

BTW....smallwonder, where are you pics? I must have missed them.
Thanks PETE...
I do traps once every 5 days. I love traps...I can handle a lot of weight and people are in AWWWWWWW.
Thanks again.

I just started taking shorter rests between sets...
Now I only rest 30 to 45 seconds instead of 2 to 3 minutes.
BETTER PUMP...My strength is crazy so I am not worried aobut getting weaker.
FYI...in case you care.
Looking large Steak! Keep it up bro - your a big dude!

PaPa.....thanks for teh encouraging words. I hope to be at my best come contest time. I am educating myself now on how to prepare 12 weeks out from the contest. THere are so many conflicting stories...train heavy, don't train heavy, no carbs, carbs, no cardio, cardio...I am finding what is best for me. DAMN!!!!! what a challenge
SH
You look great...guys in the forum have backs the support the earth!! Including yours!!
I believe the best way for you to prepare for competition is to ask those like eyecandy, Dr Derek, Mike XXL for advise as they have been through it and could advise you on the amount you should take(it varies but not too much)...
Next, it is a trial and error prep as well... if this contest your condition is not so lean or ripped, you could adjust your prep for the next one..
All the best and let us see some power!!
Thanks for the input.
A buddy of mine is the brother of YOLANDA HUGHES. He is helping me come contest time.
