scrotum looks like a shar pei dog

hello everyone I just posted a tread didnt get a lot of help
today I noticed that my scrotum well the skin that covers the testicles looks a little bit I dont know how to descrive it looks loose and gets some wrinkles is this normal because with the AS the testicles get smaller

I am using also some stuff because I got some creams because I had some jock itch and I dont know what to do or if this is normal

any help

Hmm well bro, a nut sack is a nut sack, if it isnt wrinkly you got a problem. If you prefer a flat smooth look i suggest steaming them, an iron would probably hurt, they both get wrinkles out i hear
