Anyone know what part of the delt mostly gets hit with this exercise?

It says on this site, that these are great for the side delts, but I don't think they are. Anyone know what part of the delt mostly gets hit with this exercise?

    It's like doing overhead flys.

Anyone know what part of the shoulder mostly gets hit with these?

I was thinking of doing these for a side delt exercise instead of side lat raises or for front delts instead of front raises (just for a couple weeks to change things up), but I need to know if this exercise is mostly for front or side delts.

Looks like a wasted exercise to me.

Personally I'd do regular shoulder work, this fancy shit isn't going to
really make any difference other than to have people ask, "hey, what are you doing?"
