My 20th birthday will be monday and I will be 20 years old. My question is have I reached my full growth potential? To help answer this question here is a little bit of my family genetics and thier full growth. My father is 5'10 185 at 38 years old. My mother is 5' 120 pounds at 36 years old. Her father is 5'7 165 pounds when he was in his prime and at his heaviest 190. Her mother is 5'0 135 in her prime and 160 pounds at her heaviest. My father's mother is 4'11 100-120 and been this way her whole life. His father was 6'1 185 pounds heaviest. I am now 5'9 195 pounds and relatively lean. At my heaviest i weighed 208. So with that info can anyone give me and idea as to wether or not i have anything left in height and in weight gain? I know workout wise I am no were near ready to start a cycle but given my genetics and Stats would it be a phesiable option for me to consider a cycle once i have reached an optimal workout stage?
