I have tried to do a bodybuilding routine with a powerlifting side to it. Ill be training each muscle twice a week. I have friday, saturday and sunday off. Do you think this routine is over training? Also it would be a great help if any could advise me on a good bodybuilding/powerlifting routine.
Monday:
Squats 5x5
Deadlifts 5x5
Bentover row 4x6
Hamstring curl 4x12
Shrugs 4x12
Tuesday:
Bench 9x3 After every 3 sets drop the weight 10lb
Incline Dumbells 4x10
Skull crushers 4x10
Shoulder press 4x6
Rear delts 4x12
Wednesday:
Squats 3x10
Bentover row 3x10
Leg curls 3x10
Barbell curls 4x10
Hammer curls 4x10
Lat pull 4x12
Thursday:
Bench 3x10
Cable flys 3x10
Tricep extensions 3x10
Tricep Pulldown 3x10
Lateral raises 3x10
